1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jktwi, creating an Account, or placing any wager or game stake through the platform, you irrevocably confirm your full acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the moment of any of these actions and remains in force for the entire duration of your use of the Services.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

jktwi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services. This is a strict legal requirement. jktwi performs age verification as part of the KYC process and will close any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age, forfeiting any balance in that Account without liability.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

jktwi's primary intended audience consists of Indonesian residents and Indonesian nationals residing abroad who choose to access internationally operated online gambling platforms. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. jktwi does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account on jktwi:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of jktwi or its affiliated entities;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or indefinitely banned from the platform;
• Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction;
• Persons acting as agents, nominees, or proxies for any other individual.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services on jktwi, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a phone number associated with your identity.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the jktwi platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. jktwi employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended and any Funds or Bonus Funds held therein may be voided without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jktwi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password. You must notify jktwi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jktwi will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false information, including a false name or date of birth, constitutes immediate grounds for Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Verification Requirement

Before processing any withdrawal, jktwi requires each Player to complete a KYC verification process. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during the lifecycle of an Account at jktwi's discretion, including where unusual account activity is detected.

5.2 Required Documents

For Indonesian residents, the following documents are accepted for identity verification:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid Indonesian passport;
• Proof of Address: Bank statement (issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognized Indonesian bank), utility bill, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address, dated within 90 days;
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

5.3 Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–2 business days of receiving all required documents in legible form. jktwi may request additional documentation where submitted documents are insufficient or unclear. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jktwi accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jktwi does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet payments. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Players should refer to the deposit page within their Account for current limits applicable to their tier.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfer and all supported e-wallets are credited to your jktwi Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes under normal network conditions. jktwi does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jktwi bears no responsibility.

6.4 Deposit Funding Source

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits funded by third parties, credit facilities, or borrowed money are strictly prohibited. jktwi reserves the right to request proof that deposited funds belong to the registered Account holder. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in deposit reversal and Account suspension.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. A Player's Account must not be under investigation, subject to a self-exclusion period, or flagged for suspected fraudulent activity at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or registered e-wallets held in the Player's name. Supported withdrawal channels mirror the deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. jktwi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.3 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–6 hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance and fraud review. VIP-tier members receive priority processing with a target turnaround of under 1 hour. Withdrawals submitted during Indonesian public holidays or outside banking hours may experience slight delays; jktwi's internal processing team operates 24/7 to minimize such occurrences.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply by Account tier and are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding their tier limit should contact support for assistance.

7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus-derived funds prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the removal of those Bonus Funds and associated winnings from the Account balance.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jktwi are subject to individual terms stated at the point of each offer. Where any conflict arises between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. Qualifying wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 for sportsbook markets or on eligible casino games as specified per promotion.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

jktwi employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to neutralize risk while consuming bonus funds (known as "bonus scalping"), and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and any real-money balance reviewed prior to release.

8.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance. jktwi will not reinstate expired bonuses.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on jktwi are subject to acceptance by jktwi at its sole discretion. jktwi reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, bets placed by Players identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, or those exploiting pricing inefficiencies.

9.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and a confirmation reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that wager. jktwi is not obligated to honor bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction.

9.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned. jktwi uses real-time data feeds to manage live markets; delays in data transmission may occasionally affect market availability, for which jktwi is not liable.

9.4 Game Integrity

All casino games, slot titles, and togel draws on jktwi operate under independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. jktwi does not manipulate game outcomes in any way after a game round or betting market has opened.

9.5 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, walkover, abandonment of a sporting fixture, or confirmed data feed error. Void bets do not count toward Wagering Requirements for bonus purposes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jktwi platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jktwi staff or other platform users;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or market prices;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where the Player has not disclosed such access.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and where warranted, permanent termination with forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by jktwi

jktwi may suspend an Account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements; (c) the Account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or collusive activity; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require it. During a suspension, the Player's access to the platform and all associated balances will be frozen pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by jktwi

Following a suspension investigation, jktwi may permanently close an Account. Where termination results from a Player's breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending resolution of claims against that balance. Where no breach is found, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jktwi support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any outstanding Bonus Funds will be removed. Voluntary closure does not affect a Player's right to request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jktwi's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jktwi expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet outages, or force majeure events;
• Technical failures of payment service providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay;
• Unauthorized Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude jktwi's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the jktwi platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content licensed from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without jktwi's prior written consent.

14 Privacy

jktwi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data submitted during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. jktwi does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data handling is conducted in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles.

15 Responsible Gaming

jktwi is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options to help Players manage their gambling activity. Full details of these tools and available support resources are set out in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life, finances, or relationships are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility or contact our support team immediately. jktwi's Responsible Gaming team is available 24/7 and includes Indonesian-speaking staff.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jktwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jktwi will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered to each active Account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms will always be available at https://jktwi.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jktwi holds its international operating license. This choice of law does not override any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the Player's country of residence.

17.2 Internal Complaints Process

Any dispute or complaint arising in connection with these Terms or the Services should first be submitted to jktwi's customer support team via email at [email protected]. jktwi undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

17.3 Arbitration

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days of initial submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by jktwi's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
